York Marine name change to Johnson Controls 01-07-07

Effective July 1st, 2007 York Marine changed name to Johnson Controls Denmark. The name change is a logical continuation of the process that was started when Johnson Controls Inc. took over York International in December 2005, and not only signals a change of name but also a change in legal structure with all Johnson Controls activities in Denmark now consolidated under one legal entity.

Formerly named Lanng & Stelman, Sabroe Controls and York Marine, the Johnson Controls Denmark Marine activities continue as a separate business unit within the legal entity, with own address in the existing facilities in Viby J, Denmark. We are 90 dedicated employees at Marine Controls, focusing on solutions for the marine reefer container industry.
