The ComPosIT is a communication module which allows for GPS tracking as well as communication of key parameters, connected to the ComPosIT module’s external inputs. The ComPosIT offers two analog inputs, which can be used e.g. for temperature measurement, as well as two digital inputs which can be used e.g. for door sensors, unit running, movement/light sensors or other on/off type information.

 

The ComposIT can be setup to forward messages including position, temperatures and input status with regular intervals and/or immediately when programmable events such as temperature alarms or door open events occur. The messages can be forwarded as text messages to a cell phone, as an e-mail and/or to our Internet based webserver where the operator through password protected access can se present as well as historic data and events from the ComPosIT communication modules.

 

The ComposIT features a special low power consumption mode, so containers can be tracked even at off power or when used on dry containers. (optional battery required)

 

The ComPosIT includes a GPS communication module and antenna and GSM communication module and antenna.
